Questions
- Which plan do we need?
- Check if you don’t use purchase orders. Match if you raise POs or receive goods and want invoices checked against them. Scale if you handle more than 500 invoices a month, and Enterprise above 2,000.
- What is the difference between 2-way and 3-way matching?
- 2-way matching checks each invoice against its purchase order: the items, the prices and the quantities ordered. 3-way matching also checks it against the goods receipt, so you only pay for what was delivered. Read the guide.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes, 14 days with full access, and no card needed to start. To keep going after the trial, an admin chooses a plan and adds a card. Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing after it unless an admin chooses to start the paid plan. No surprises, cancel anytime.
- How many people can use it?
- As many as you need. Every plan is priced per company, with unlimited users, so adding an approver never changes your bill.
- Who handles payment?
- Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record. They charge your card, add sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issue your invoices, which we email to your admins. Card details never reach Tenet.
- Does Tenet post bills to Xero on its own?
- No. Every invoice waits for a person on your team to approve it. Only approved bills are posted to Xero.
- How does Enterprise pricing work?
- You pay for the invoices Tenet processes each month, with lower rates at higher volume. Talk to us and we will quote for your volume.
- Where is Tenet available?
- In the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Prices are in US dollars.
